J Street San Diego Town Hall - Danny Yatom

Join us to hear from former Mossad Director, Major General (ret.) Danny Yatom on why peace is possible, just and necessary, and what pro-Israel Americans can do to make it a reality. Yatom is a decorated military figure and former director for the Israeli Secret Intelligence Service (Mossad). During his 33-year tenure in the IDF, Yatom served as Military Secretary to Prime Minister Rabin and engaged in numerous operations against terror. Yatom was involved in key negotiations with Jordan, Syria and the Palestinians between 1993 through 2001. He is also a former Member of Knesset, where he represented the Labor party for more than five years.

Town Hall meetings are taking place in cities all across the country this spring as part of J Street's 2 Campaign. The 2 Campaign demonstrates the great and growing number of pro-Israel Americans who will stand behind US leaders supporting the tough compromises necessary to reach a two state solution.
