Among the initiative’s founders are negotiators from previous Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations, including Yossi Beilin, a former Israeli minister of Justice and Yasser Abed Rabbo from the Palestine Liberation Organization's Executive Committee. The Geneva Initiative is active in Jerusalem, Ramallah and Washington and engaged in political advocacy, public education, and research. The current focus of the Initiative activity is to advocate politicians and the public from both Israel and Palestine for the urgent need to resolve the conflict. |
