On Tuesday, September 13, from 7-8:45 pm Pacific, former Member of Knesset Ksenia Svetlova will join J Street Los Angeles to dive into how voices for democracy in Israel and the US can join together to protect the future we hold dear.

As a former journalist, an expert in Middle Eastern affairs and an immigrant, Ms. Svetlova will provide an in-depth analysis of the upcoming Israeli elections, the role the conflict played in the coalition government and its downfall and the rights of refugees and immigrants in Israel. This conversation will be moderated by Temple Isaiah Senior Rabbi Dara Frimmer.
