We the undersigned are deeply encouraged by your administration’s commitment to securing “equal measures of freedom, security, prosperity, and democracy” for Israelis and Palestinians.

This requires a strong and persistent focus on marshaling US diplomatic power to stop discriminatory, arbitrary and illegal Israeli demolitions of Palestinian homes, farms, clinics, schools and businesses on the West Bank.

The goal must be to stop these demolitions, reverse the right-wing’s pursuit of endless occupation and restore stability by empowering moderates on both sides. Only strong American leadership can chart a path toward securing long-term freedom, peace and statehood for both peoples.
