Antisemitism is a real and growing threat in our country and around the world, and Jewish communities are feeling its impact every day. We urge you to take meaningful action.

The Antisemitism Response and Prevention Act (ARPA), introduced by Representatives Jerry Nadler, Rosa DeLauro, Becca Balint, and Maxwell Frost, offers a serious, constructive response – providing security funding for faith communities, strengthening hate crime tracking and response and ensuring students have support on college campuses.

Critically, this legislation makes clear that combating antisemitism must not come at the expense of free expression. As pro-Israel and Jewish Americans, we believe that legitimate criticism of Israeli government policy is not antisemitic, and suppressing political speech only undermines our safety and democracy.

We urge you to co-sponsor and support the ARPA and stand for Jewish safety, civil rights, and the democratic values that protect us all.
