Desperate Donald Trump and his crew of MAGA cheerleaders are hurling racially coded attacks on Kamala Harris as being “anti-Israel” and “antisemitic.” It’s a tired, worn-out ploy that’s all the more absurd given Harris has a proudly Jewish husband, a strong pro-Israel, pro-peace record, and a clear history of fighting antisemitism.

Jewish and pro-Israel Americans rejected this play when it was used against Barack Obama, and we reject it now. We don’t need lectures on our values from a convicted felon who fuels antisemitic conspiracy theories, feeds racial grievance and dines with Holocaust deniers.

We want to take our country forward, protect our democratic freedoms and model smart, pro-Israel, pro-peace, diplomacy-first leadership abroad. We’re not going back.

Sorry Mr. Trump, we’re with Kamala Harris.
