Peter Beinart is Associate Professor of Journalism and Political Science at the City University of New York. He is also a contributor to The Atlantic and National Journal, a Senior Columnist at Haaretz, a CNN Political Commentator, and a Senior Fellow at The New America Foundation. After graduating from University College, Oxford with a Rhodes Scholarship, Beinart became The New Republic’s managing editor in 1995, and served as the magazine's editor from 1999 to 2006. Beinart has written for many leading publications such as the NYT, the WSJ, the Financial Times, the Boston Globe and others. His book The Crisis of Zionism was published by Times Books in 2012. |
