    To Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer: 

    I support your goal of keeping the Democratic caucus united in opposition to any legislation that could abrogate US commitments under the Iran deal. Leaving the deal would isolate us from our European allies and put us on a collision course with Iran. Leaving the JCPOA will inhibit our ability to conduct diplomacy around the world. Iran could resume the full scope of their nuclear activities, which could in turn lead us down the path to another costly and disastrous war in the Middle East.
