Now is the moment to put this commitment into action.

Ahead of your trip to the region, Israeli authorities have announced plans for massive settlement construction, home demolitions in Masafer Yatta and advancement of disastrous plans for E1 and elsewhere in occupied territory.

As a leader committed to peace, diplomacy, accountability and democracy, you must make clear on this trip that these actions and developments must stop. As you know, settlements are a violation of international law. Israelis and Palestinians who are standing up for justice, equality and peace need your support.
