At the 2018 National Gala, on the occasion of our 10th anniversary, we're thrilled to be honoring J Street's founder and president, Jeremy Ben-Ami. With his deep personal and familial connections to the state of Israel, Ben-Ami founded J Street to help secure Israel’s future as a democratic homeland for the Jewish people. As a passionate believer in the ability of advocacy to deliver positive change, he has over the course of a decade helped to build the pro-Israel, pro-peace movement into one of the most influential constituencies in Washington and in American politics. He has championed the Jewish and democratic values that inspire J Street’s mission and drive our work.
