To be considered, your complete application must be submitted to Helen Knight, Congressional Internship Program Coordinator, at cip2013@jstreetu.org by 5:00 PM PST on February 1, 2013. A complete application consists of:

  1. A completed application form, including short essay responses and three (3) references.
  2. A one-page resume, emailed to cip2013@jstreetu.org, as specified in the application.
  3. A 1-2-page writing sample, emailed to cip2013@jstreetu.org, as specified in the application.

SHORT ESSAYS: Please answer in no more than 500 words each.

1. Please describe the path that has led toward you becoming interested in working toward a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and participating in the J Street U Congressional Internship Program.

2. As an intern in Congress, are there other specialty areas (for example, fiscal policy, energy policy, public health) in which you might be interested in working? Please list those areas and briefly describe why they interest you.
