Right in time for Passover, Seattle is being honored by the visit of Gershom Gorenberg, author of “The Unmaking of Israel,” widely viewed as one of the most important books to be written about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in decades.

Gershom Gorenberg will speak on Israeli Democracy: What threatens it, how to save it - how settlement policy and encroaching fundamentalism within Israel's civic institutions are undermining the Jewish state, and what must be done to bring it back from the brink.
