Tell Congress: Don't close the Palestinian Mission

Closing the Palestinian Mission is counter-productive and would undermine the leadership role of the United States in resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through a two-state solution. We should be looking for ways to encourage and deepen diplomacy, rather than taking draconian measures which hurt the chances for peace.

Tell your Senators:

As a pro-Israel constituent, I urge you to OPPOSE any moves to expel the Palestinian diplomatic mission from the United States, including S.A.3203. At a time when the United States should be looking for ways to encourage and deepen diplomacy, talk of ejecting one of the parties from the country defies logic. Taking such a draconian move would widely undermine confidence in the leadership role of the United States in resolving this conflict through a two-state solution. Long-term security for Israel requires that Congress work with the President to ensure that the PLO is permitted to maintain its diplomatic mission to our country.
